General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of all Club activities including membership, financial, food & beverage, people development, fitness and leisure, club services and facilities.
- Ensure the highest standards for food, beverage, fitness, leisure and other club services.
- Experience with facilities management (including renovations, construction, etc.)
- Coordinate the development of the Club’s strategic and annual business plans. Prepare strategy and programs to achieve approved objectives and oversee their implementation.
- Drive and take personal responsibility for overall satisfaction of Club members.
Candidates must meet the following requirements and have relevant skill sets including:
- College/University degree with a demonstrated track record in hospitality management, preferably with ten years of experience in a hospitality related business.
- Experience in Asia preferred.
- Managed a large team of at least 370 people functioning in various capacities in a high volume, multi-function leisure facility.
- A proven ability to maintain staff, minimizing attrition of top talent in a competitive market environment.
- Be highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven leader who can command respect, show passion and drive a team to excel in service delivery standards and performance.
- The ability to relate well with people across cultures.
- Possess strong business planning capabilities and have an excellent understanding of financial concepts.
